We, like most people, hardly ever (how about never?) take the time to praise a company or product. The workmanship and level of service at Green River Cabins, however, compels us to sing their praises in print. We are typical customers, in that we built from afar with plans to transport our cabin even farther. Dean and his crew were entirely accessible for questions throughout the process via phone, e-mail and during our trips on site. Distance is not an issue when your builder takes pictures along the way as you need to see how something looks.

We asked for a LOT of custom changes to our interior, some of which GRC had never built/installed before. EVERY TIME, they took our request as a challenge to solve. Although their business could easily take the assembly line get it in/get it out as quickly as possible approach, it is so obvious that they take pride in making each cabin a unique home that meets the needs of the owner. A perfect example: we were picky about a custom floor color. When the product didn’t stain as dark as we wanted, Dean didn’t just say I’m sorry, but it is what it is. Instead, he brought in a stain expert that figured out which product we needed that would stain through the poly coat. That’s above & beyond.

As for quality of work, we came face to face with GRC’s workmanship – literally. We decided to stain the interior of our cabin so, we got a close-up view of every square inch, floor to ceiling, which revealed absolutely nothing but superb construction. To get a head start, we actually spent several weekends staining the interior while still on the Campobello lot. GRC offered power, lights, restrooms, (even sanders when we klutzily spilled dark brown beam stain all over the walls at 1 a.m.!) – anything and everything to make it convenient for US.

As two very pleased customers, we would be glad to talk to anyone contemplating going thru this process. We know choosing GRC as our builder was the best decision we could have made.
