Dear Dean and GRC staff,
I want to thank you for building us such a lovely cabin. You, Matt, and the staff made the whole experience a painless time. Thank you for your patience - I know we had lots of requests but you were also so kind. I was a joy working with you all and I LOVE the end result. We are pretty much all settled in and enjoying showing the cabin to others.
The cabin is very well insulated. We are at the end of May and haven't had to turn on the Air Conditioning yet, while others have had to run their A/C frequently.
