Dear Dean,
We didn't think we could design exactly what we wanted and get it so easily.
Our land has been in Doris' family for generations, and this cabin replaced an old termite-ridden cabin that held a lot of special memories but was beyond repair.
When we worked with you, it was clear that you wanted us to design the cabin exactly how we wanted it. In fact, I think we designed 3 different footprints and made renderings of more than a handful. You were very willing to build whatever we wanted, any way we wanted, to fit our situation. One example was that we have free natural gas on our site, so you put your company to work making sure that we could choose whatever we needed to in order to take advantage of this opportunity.
We ended up with just what we wanted - at a very reasonable price - on time and within budget with no surprises.
Our cabin will probably "grow" some over the years, and we're glad to know that we can depend on you and your company to figure a way to add exactly what we need.
Doris and I decided to order a cabin from you guys because everyone we met there was so darn friendly. We like the way that the guys who are building the cabin cared so much about what they were making. It has made a difference in the final product.
Derek and the on-site crew are the most efficient, best builders and most well mannered folks that we could hope for. Everything from design to on site work was effortless and right on the money.
I worked with field construction crews for years in my business, and I know how challenging it can be. You make it look easy. It was amazing seeing how quickly and how well everything came together.
