This is better than we expected! We've owned 2 Green River Cabins but this was out first modular cabin.
I am extremely impressed with the absolute flexibility of your design. Our cabin looks out on a waterfall exactly as we had planned. We planned the front of the cabin around that view. It was clear during the design process that all you wanted was for us to get what we wanted. Thank you.
Debra and I have been in the cabin for several months now and we are very impressed with the quality of the cabin. The worksmanship is fabulous. Each member of the GRC team has been a perfect gentleman whether in the plant or on site. We had crews of up to 8 of your folks here and to a man, they were wonderful to be around. I just can't say that about most construction crews.
Last but certainly not least, we appreciate the value we have in this cabin. Our appraisal is much more than we paid and that's a rarity in the current market.
