Green River Cabins was recommended to us by two independent sources, both of whom rated the company very highly. Our experience was perfectly in line with their reputation.
Middleton Place is a National Historic Landmark which includes America’s oldest Landscaped Gardens, a House Museum that was the home of a signer of the Declaration of Independence and Plantation Stableyards. We have exacting standards for function, quality, and aesthetics. Dean took the time to come to the property, understand what we needed to accomplish, and custom designed 2 cabins for us.
The security cabin sits at the very front of our property where over 100,000 guests see it. We wanted the cabin to be functional and add to the beauty of the property while being affordable. Unbeknownst to us, Dean went so far as to research and test three different paint systems that would give us our particular color, longevity, and mildew resistance. We got exactly what we needed.
The cabins are very functional, extremely well built, and meet every aesthetic criteria that we considered. And, the process was terribly easy for us, the customer. We authorized the design and then the cabins were built on time and on budget. We were even able to watch the cabins being built over the internet.
When it came time, Dean and his crew integrated seamlessly with my staff to deliver and install the cabins. So within days of completion, we were “open for business.”
It was a pleasure working with the folks at Green River Cabins. Each member of the staff was professional, polite, and competent. It was clear to us that we came first. It is somewhat rare and very much appreciated when we are able to work with folks that commit to us and deliver exactly as promised.
