It is not possible for us to be more pleased with the log unit Green River Cabins built for us on our mountain top! To put it more specifically, it is not possible for us to be more pleased with you, your company, and your work crews for helping us bring a dream to a stunningly beautiful reality. We are grateful for your flexibility and creativity throughout the project, helping us achieve a design which meets all of our unique needs as well as producing a log structure that has far more character and appeal than we had thought possible.
We deeply appreciate your own creative input from day 1, the quality of materials used and how wonderfully the work was executed, your sensitivity to building green, and for the highly skilled work crews who not only did terrific woodwork in the plant but also built our elevated dormered loft as well as the over-sized porch on site, all with real craftsmanship. There was uncompromising attention paid to every detail, all with the crew’s goal of pleasing us. The final product is far more beautiful and functional than we had even hoped for, and it is difficult to find words to adequately convey how satisfied - no, how thrilled – we are with the process from start to finish.
We also deeply appreciate the integrity you have infused into the development and running of Green River Cabins, your openness and straightforwardness at all times, and for your professional investment in seeking to meet standards of building not required of you, such as in the selection of environmentally friendly stains and other materials, exceeding code standards. You were unfailingly prompt in answering all of our many questions along the way, a professional courtesy we have not found in any of our previous relationships with other contractors.
You are to be congratulated for your friendly and professional manner of conducting business, for producing an exquisitely fine product, and for going beyond the norm in pleasing your customers. We offer you nothing but praise and much gratitude, all the way around.
